These terms govern your use of Utilivise Studio (the "Site") and the free utilities it provides. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The tools are provided "as is"
Utilivise Studio offers its utilities free of charge, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that any tool will be accurate, complete, error-free, or available without interruption. You are responsible for verifying any result before relying on it — especially for financial, legal, health, or other consequential decisions. The calculators and converters here are for general informational purposes and are not professional advice.
2. Client-side processing
Every tool runs entirely within your own browser. We do not receive, store, or transmit the text, files, or numbers you enter into the tools. Because of this, we cannot recover your inputs or results, and we are not responsible for any data you lose by closing or refreshing the page.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to reverse, resell, or misrepresent the tools as your own commercial product. The Site is intended for lawful, personal and professional everyday use.
4. Advertising
The Site may display advertising from third parties to support its free operation. Those advertisers may use cookies or similar technologies; please see our Privacy Policy for details. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utilivise Studio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools.
